Ci sono brand che seguono un’estetica e altri che costruiscono un immaginario. FOUND. appartiene alla seconda categoria.

Fondato da Faraz Zaidi, il progetto nasce dall’incontro tra culture, epoche e riferimenti differenti. Le radici sudasiatiche del designer dialogano con l’America in cui è cresciuto, dando forma a un guardaroba che mescola heritage, street culture e una sensibilità decisamente contemporanea.

Varsity jacket, knitwear, denim e silhouette dal sapore vintage vengono riletti attraverso ricami, texture, grafiche e dettagli che rendono ogni capo immediatamente riconoscibile. Il risultato non è una semplice reinterpretazione del passato, ma qualcosa di nuovo: familiare nelle forme, inaspettato nel modo in cui gli elementi vengono combinati.

È proprio nei contrasti che FOUND. trova la sua forza. Oriente e Occidente, nostalgia e presente, artigianalità e streetwear convivono nello stesso linguaggio, senza bisogno di appartenere a una sola definizione.

Più che una collezione, FOUND. sembra così raccontare un’identità in continua costruzione: fatta di luoghi, influenze e memorie diverse che, una volta messe insieme, trovano un nuovo significato.

Some brands follow an aesthetic, while others build an entire world. FOUND. belongs to the latter.

Founded by Faraz Zaidi, the project was born from the meeting of different cultures, eras, and references. The designer’s South Asian roots enter into dialogue with the America where he grew up, shaping a wardrobe that blends heritage, street culture, and a distinctly contemporary sensibility.

Varsity jackets, knitwear, denim, and vintage-inspired silhouettes are reinterpreted through embroidery, textures, graphics, and details that make each piece instantly recognizable. The result is not simply a reinterpretation of the past, but something new: familiar in form, yet unexpected in the way its elements are combined.

It is precisely through contrasts that FOUND. finds its strength. East and West, nostalgia and the present, craftsmanship and streetwear coexist within the same language, without the need to fit into a single definition.

More than a collection, FOUND. seems to express an identity in constant evolution: shaped by different places, influences, and memories that, once brought together, take on new meaning.
